Soul Sisters Podcast

Thanks for being here, friends!
Soul Sisters Podcast stemmed from a very old and deep friendship of Emily and Alyssa. Though we live miles apart, we’ve remained the best of friends and figured it was about time to start recording our meaningful conversations. You’ll find them all here 🙂

Who are we? Welcome to the Soul Sisters Podcast, where we find our flow and inspire you to find yours! Hosted by Alyssa Baker, LPCC and Emily Alwine, RM- join us as we explore the realms of mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health, offering insights and wisdom for navigating life’s twists and turns. Whether you’re seeking balance, growth, or simply a supportive community, we’re thrilled to have you along for the ride. Welcome to the Soul Sister’s family!

I’m Emily, one half of the Soul Sisters duo. I bring a blend of expertise as a certified Reiki Master, specialized Yoga Instructor (Yin and Vinyasa), and an active student in the art/gift of clairvoyance. Alongside a Fine Arts degree, I also hold a number of certifications in Weight Loss and Fitness. In my personal life, you will most often find me immersed in nature or gazing into the eyes of my French Bulldog, Chubz. Exciting adventures await, and I’m grateful for your presence on this journey!

Howdy! I am Alyssa Baker and I’m a vocational counselor and dialectical behavioral therapist at Wellpower. I am fortunate to be able to share my skills that align with passions. I’m on the CCMHA board of directors and volunteer in my local community at Foothills Animal Shelter. When I’m not working I am camping, climbing, biking, tending to my plants, dog sitting, or working on the Soul Sisters Podcast with Emily.

I provide:
CBT and Person-Centered approach with the space to express and explore feelings.
DBT & Yoga, various forms of meditations, art, play therapy, role playing, dog yoga.
LGBTQIA+ and gender affirming support including HRT and surgery letters.

Currently, I offer tele-health services and nature-based therapy in Golden, Colorado. Please email Alyssa@spaciouswellness.org for inquiries and collaborations!
